INJECTION - BLOW MOULDING MACHINE PROCREA

Type Rev 150 SpeedLine (Patented model)

The procrea Injection - Blow Moulding machines type Rev 150 SpeedLine produce finished hollow - bodied containers, without any flash as if injection moulded, in almost all thermoplastic materials, with a fully automatic cycle, capacity from 15 cc. to 1500 cc. and weights from 5 gr. to 150 gr. The machine can work with moulds from 1 to 8 impressions and the output is very high due to the turret system which performs the injection, the blowing, and the ejection of the finished piece in a single stage. The construction of moulds for the Rev 150 SpeedLine machine is very simple, due to the automatic system of extraction applied to the turret.

CHARACTERISTICS OF Rev 150 SpeedLine

One of the advantages of this series of machines is determined by the injection mould closing system which operates in line with the preform mandrels; this allows the realization of a monobloc injection mould with perfect heat distribution, indispensable for obtaining perfectly balanced preforms without split lines or flash, these requirements are necessary for having a very good distribution of the material during the blowing stage. The machine is designed to use moulds with a hot runner distribution system. The injection mould closing system is driven by two hydraulic cylinders which develop a max power of 176 KN and ensure a perfect holding of the injection mould with maximum speed. The clamping force of injection mould can be adjusted manually and is necessary for obtaining a variable mould clamping according to the preform dimension. The plasticizing screw is driven by a highly efficient hydraulic motor. All the functions of the machine are transmitted by a touch-screen electronic control cabinet with a high-tech microprocessor which is digitally programmable and sends all memorized sequences to the PLC (Omron), according to requirements.
