INJECTION STRETCH - BLOW MOULDING MACHINE PROCREA

TYPE pro-stretch 110 ( Patented model )

The procrea  Injection Stretch - Blow moulding machines type pro-stretch 110 ( Revolving System ) have been carefully studied for the production of biorientated bottles or jars in PET material, with a fully automatic cycle, capacity from  40 cc  to  500 cc. The machines can work with moulds from 2 to 8 impressions and the output is very high due to the speed of the revolving system which effects a rotation of 120° carrying the preforms from the injection mould to the stretch - blow mould. The ejection and the discharge system of the bottles is effected automatically during the third station, perfectly aligned so as they can be placed on a conveyor - belt. The construction of moulds for the pro-stretch 110 is very simple, due to the automatic system of extraction applied to the machine.

CHARACTERISTICS OF pro-stretch 110

One of the advantages of this series of machines is determined by the mould closing system which operates vertically with the injection mould ensuring a perfect holding. The injection mould is a monobloc with inserted bushes in hardened steel where a spiral is obtained for the circulation of the liquid which controls the temperature and the conditioning of the preforms, these requirements are necessary for having a very good distribution of the material during the stretch - blow stage. Innovation of these machines is the Revolving system at three stations arranged at 120°: Injection, Stretch - Blow, Ejection, this allows the reduction of the cycle time and the production to increase, without altering the performance of the machine nor the quality of the product and reducing considerably the final cost of the container. The machine is designed to use moulds with a hot runner distribution system. The plasticizing screw is driven by a highly efficient hydraulic motor. The pressure inside the cylinders of the closing moulds is checked by a hydraulic valve and non-return valves which guarantee a constant closing force during the entire cycle. All the functions of the machine are transmitted by a touch-screen electronic control cabinet with a high-tech microprocessor which is digitally programmable and sends all memorized sequences to the PLC (Omron), according to requirements.
