Procrea s.r.l. manufactures injection-blow moulding machines, injection stretch-blow moulding machines and moulds, for the production of high-quality finished small/medium bottles and wide-mouth jars , without flash, in almost all thermoplastic materials, with a fully automatic cycle, starting directly from the plastic granule.
In 1974, after thirty years’ experience in the construction of injection machines, was born Procrea s.r.l., whose founder is leader in the plastic machine field and had the excellent idea of melting two important technologies, by creating the injection-blow moulding system. With this ingenious combination, you obtain high-quality products, having a perfect mouth, thread and a very good injection point in the bottom part, due to the injection finishing and the body is blown so as to have the pre-established shape.
The plastic packaging produced with Procrea machines can be realized in various shapes and dimensions and are mainly used for contents, such as: food, cosmetic, pharmaceutical, detergent and chemical. Another important application, where is required the best quality of the finished product is the realization of some furnishings, such as: stools or vases, sophisticated technical parts and we are pioneers in the production of plastic lighting globes in various shapes and dimensions up to 500 mm diameter.
REV , IBM and PRO-STRETCH series have many machine models for the production of plastic articles with capacity from 5 cc to 50 lt and outputs from 1 to 18 cavities. Procrea injection-blow moulding machines are manufactured with the reliability and the wide experience in the construction of machines and moulds for the plastic field and thanks to their various technical advantages, offer the max. production versatility, using different thermoplastic materials, such as: PP HDPE LDPE PS PC PMMA BAREX K-RESIN ABS PVC and for small bottles or wide-mouth jars also PET (without stretch). In addition, Procrea s.r.l. manufactures injection stretch-blow moulding machines for the production of jars and small-medium bottles in biorientated PET. The manufacturing quality ‘fully made in Italy’ and the careful choice of the employed materials, combined with the simple use of these machines, makes the worldwide sale easy. With a regular maintenance, the machines have a long life and Pocrea is able to follow most of the technical assistance and spare-part service, by phone, fax, e-mail , or can put at customers’ disposal its technical staff for assistances all over the world.
Procrea s.r.l. also projects and manufactures moulds for its machines. The mould department is equipped with high precision computerized machine tools, which guarantee an excellent finishing. During all these years, we have designed and manufactured several moulds in different shapes and dimensions, according to the plastic sample or drawing of the article to be produced supplied by the customer or with the suggestion and help of our technical office. Our moulds are manufactured using the best steels and are tested on Procrea machines before delivery and dispatched after customer’s approval of the plastic samples.
Procrea has a spare-part department where you can find many parts and the ones which are not available at the moment of the request are ordered or manufactured and delivered as quickly as possible.
